distributed Web Services to name a few. A typical example would be the publication of a job opening to the Internet community at large, or to a subset of the Internet community, such as
the subscribers' designated placement agents. The subscriber assumes all responsibility for the publication of "publishable" information, and in particularly job posting data.
An IP address is a unique numeric value that is assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. Like most Internet websites, we collect Internet Protocol the ("IP") address of all visitors to
the HirerGear Web site. We use the IP addresses to monitor access to the resources contained herein. This helps us diagnose technical problems, and alerts us immediately of any attempt to gain
unauthorized access to the privlidged information contained herein.
Cookies are small bits of data that allow Web sites to establish "browser state". The HirerGear.com web site relies on the use of cookies to enable certain advanced features; use of cookies makes

to our secure web servers is encrypted using industry standard secure socket layer technology (SSL). All retained data is stored in a secured RDBMS database, behind appropraite internet
firewalls and protected with strong passwords.
Access to the HirerGear.com Candidate Screening System requires user authentication by entering a valid username and password pair. It is the subscribes responsibility to insure that users of
this system keep their passwords secure. Users should never share or otherwise divulged their username password pair. Every subscriber account has a default account Administrator. The account
administrator is responsible to insure that only those users that have legitimate access requirements are granted access.
We will disclose your private Corportate and/or Personal Information when required by lawful court order, or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to conform to the mandates of the law
or comply with a legal process served on HirerGear. Outside of such instruments, we will not disclose your private information.
